Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our products are dry spice mixes with a long shelf life; however, once food items leave our facility, we cannot accept them back for safety and quality reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@midnightkimchi.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos if applicable. We will review the issue and assist as appropriate.

Shipping Discounts & Refund Adjustments

If free shipping was applied due to a same-day purchase at www.soniga.etsy.com, and the Soniga order is later returned, the original shipping discount ($4.99) will be deducted from the refund amount.
